The day of our wedding we decided to use sealing wax seals golden and to be honest the experience was horrible, it was very difficult to melt the sealing wax bars, try to do it using a candle, but the wax melted before reaching the invitation and black soot staining.
What worked was to use many of the lighters involved to turn on the stove but the few labels that we make are easily broken and our family could not appreciate the image.
Today we managed to faux wax, you can buy at detallesjade.com with which the seals can be made only by using a silicon gun as those usually used for making handicrafts.
It is a pity to have discovered this after six years, as our invitations could be very nice with a detail of them.

Here's a tip to have good results whit the seals:
1. Find a glass surface and it puts a bit of hot silicon (press 4 times the gun of silicon and this amount is sufficient).
2. Wait 10 seconds and put the seal on top and let it cool before you remove it.
3. When removing the metal stamp and you can remove the seal of the glass and silicon in this way can paste glue liquid to any surface (paper, cardboard, cloth, wood, glass, etc.).
